Under RMK-9 Road Project in Iskandar Malaysia, Goverment of Malaysia intends to build an interchange and need cooperation from LLM, PLUS and IRDA as ‘Agensi Pelaksana’. The purpose of the interchange is to serve:

• Direct and fastest connection from Federal Route 1 / Kulai Town to Linkedua and North-South Expressway
• New Kulai Administration Center
• MSC Cyberport
• Other Catalystic Development, e.g Premium Outlet Zone

Complete design and construction of trumpet interchange which consisting of

• Ingress and egress access ramps A,B,C,D and E
• bridge over Linkedua
• bridge over the existing river
